United Process Controls Welcomes Wayne Jaworski as General Manager of Operations

United Process Controls is pleased to welcome Wayne Jaworski as our new General Manager of Operations.

Wayne brings more than 15 years of experience leading global operations, engineering, and manufacturing teams. Most recently, he served as Director of Operations at Milwaukee Tool, where he established new manufacturing capabilities across the United States and Mexico, led Industry 4.0 transformation initiatives, and developed scalable testing and traceability platforms that improved efficiency, quality, and operational performance.

Before joining Milwaukee Tool, Wayne spent more than a decade with Rockwell Automation in leadership positions overseeing global engineering, manufacturing test, and process-improvement teams. During his career, he has led organizations of more than 100 engineers, developed global centers of excellence, implemented lean manufacturing strategies, and delivered significant productivity and cost-saving improvements across international facilities.

Wayne holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering Technology from the Milwaukee School of Engineering. He has also earned certifications in Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, and senior leadership development.

His experience in operations, engineering, digital transformation, and team development will be a valuable addition to United Process Controls as we continue strengthening our capabilities and supporting our customers worldwide.
